Shipping Policy
Upon receipt of your cleared payment, your items are shipped within 5 business days. We ship to the address you have listed. All of our packages ship via UPS or USPS.
At Meka Candles™, we will never share your information with anyone. We do not give your name and information to others, nor do we put you on mailing lists, call lists, or email lists. All transactions with us are private, and any information given to us is for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.
Because
our candle products are custom made to order, we cannot give refunds.
However, we will gladly exchange your unlit candle for store credit or
another item of equal value (customer is responsible for all shipping
fees). No returns or exchanges excepted after 30 days.
